Inclusion Criteria two of three:
* BMI ≥ 30 kg/m2,
* score ≥ 9 on FINDRISC,
* HbA1c level ≥ 42 mmol/mol.
* Non-blood-glucose-lowering medical treated T2DM.
Exclusion Criteria:
* People diagnosed with Diabetes at strart-point.
