* Confirmed diagnosis of Smith-Lemli-Opitz Syndrome (SLOS)
* Males and females of all ages
* Willing and able to travel to OHSU or another STAIR site
Exclusion Criteria:
* Subject does not have Smith-Lemli-Opitz Syndrome (SLOS)
