* Patients aged \>70 admitted to acute hospital medical units
Exclusion Criteria:
* Length of hospital stay anticipated to be \<24 hours
* Hip/lower limb fractures
* Major amputations of the lower leg
* Terminally ill patients admitted for palliative care
