* Inpatients scheduled for elective thyroid surgery and parathyroid surgery under general anesthesia.
* Informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients who use steroids
* Patients who use antiemetics
* Patients who use opioid analgesics
* Body weight \> 100 kg
* BMI \> 35
