* planned to induce a myopic shift
Exclusion Criteria:
* age of less than 40 years old (yrs)
* significant systemic illnesses
* congenital myopia,
* media opacity uveitis
* glaucoma
* intraocular surgery refractive surgery
* neurologic diseases
* retinal disease
