Inclusion Criteria:
* Patients 18-60 years old,
* American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) I, Ⅱ,
* both sexes who will have PUH surgical repair under general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria:
* Known allergy to any of the drugs that will be used in the study.
* Coagulation disorders.
* Infection at the site of injection.
* Liver or kidney disease
