* Children age between 1 month old - 18 year old who was intubated
Exclusion Criteria:
* Palliative care
* Anatomical abnormalities of airway; subglottic stenosis
* Neuromuscular disease with negative inspiratory force \< - 30 mmHg
* Need positive pressure after extubation
