Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
* UL/BL knee OA,
* Age 40-65, both genders,
* American college of rheumatology criteria for knee OA,
* Grade 2 or 3 on Kellgren/Lawrence classification for Knee OA.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Knee surgery
* Rheumatoid arthritis
* Any neurological condition affecting lower limbs and balance
* Use of assistive devices for walking.
