* cancer diagnosis
* 2-18 years of age at enrollment
* Child has received or a plan for any chemotherapy, radiotherapy or surgery
* Understands English, French or Spanish
Exclusion Criteria:
* Cognitive disability
* Visual impairment (cannot see SPARK even with corrective lens)
