* Operable breast cancer patient
* Preoperatively axillary lymph node positive proven patients or sentinel lymph node positive patients whom requires axillary lymph node dissection
Exclusion Criteria:
* Breast cancer history
* Occult breast cancer
* Past history of axillary surgery
* Iodine hypersensitivity
* Pregnancy
