* Genetically confirmed spinal muscular atrophy.
* Treatment by Spinraza ° or by risdiplam planned.
* Over 6 years old.
* Signed informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria:
\- Patients with excessive cognitive disorders, limiting the understanding of task or with apparent communication difficulties hindering data collection.
