* Have Onychomycosis on at least one toe.
* Age 18 or older.
* Consent to research use of their toenail clippings.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Current immunosuppression (cancer, autoimmune disease) or taking immunosuppressive drugs.
* Pregnant female.
* Age 75 or older.
