Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
1. Patients diagnosed with endogenous Cushing's syndrome
2. Patients in the age group of 5 to 75 years.
3. Patients willing to give informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria:
1. Patient with exogenous exposure to steroids
2. Ongoing pregnancy
3. Severe comorbid conditions that may interfere with the study.
