Inclusion Criteria:
* adult patients
* chronic urticaria patients
* stable asthma patients
* allergic rhinitis patients with sensitized to pollens
* normal controls without atopic and skin disease.
Exclusion Criteria:
* unwillingness to the study
* other dermatological problems that could affect the skin test
* use of antihistamine drugs
