* Person who inject drugs, defined as having injected in the past year
* Able to give an informed consent
* Unknown treatment eligibility status
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients actively engaged in HCV follow up
* Patients visibly intoxicated at initial study visit
* Pregnant or breastfeeding women
* Pacemaker.
