* Diagnosis of COVID-19 in pregnancy or within 6 months post partum
* Planned delivery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital
Exclusion Criteria:
* Declines routine COVID testing on admission
* In active labor/pain/otherwise unable to provide consent
