Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
1. 12 to 18 (inclusive) years of age,
2. Identify as transgender or non-binary and plan to undergo treatment with GAHT.
Exclusion Criteria:
1. Prior treatment with GAHT or puberty-blockers (GnRH agonists),
2. Known Diabetes Mellitus,
3. Current or recent (within the past month) use of systemic corticosteroids, medications for weight loss or topiramate,
4. Proteinuria or chronic kidney disease, which could affect the metabolomic profiling
