* Craniofacial deformity, including post-traumatic, congenital or acquired deformity
* Patients who have already have surgery because there was a clinical indication for surgical correction
Exclusion Criteria:
* No craniofacial deformity
* No clinical indication for surgical correction
* Contraindication for surgical correction
