Inclusion Criteria patients with:
* follow-up longer than 1 year
* preoperative and postoperative endoscopy available
* preoperative and postoperative barium swallow available
* preoperative and postoperative manometry available
Exclusion criteria:
* patients undergone chemotherapy
* patients with relapse of disease
