* Age \> 50 yrs
Exclusion Criteria:
* Evidence of alcohol, tabacco or drug abuse
* Obesity ≥ 35 kg/m2
* Diabetes mellitus
* Hypertension
* LDL-cholesterol \> 190 mg/dl, Triglycerides \> 350 mg/dl
* History of atherosclerotic disease
