* \>5 years old
* Nocturnal enuresis
* Candidate for pharmacological treatment
Exclusion Criteria:
* Children who their parents did noted filled the informed consent form
* Impossibility of follow up during the study period
* History of seizure
* History of rheumatologic disorders such as sjogren's disease
