* Postoperative patients admitted to Neurosurgery HCU or PICU
* Parents/guardian signed informed consent forms
Exclusion Criteria:
* History of allergy to paracetamol and ketorolac
* Administration of opioid 24 hours before surgery
* Liver dysfunction
* Renal failure
