* signed informed consent
* \>18 years
Exclusion Criteria:
* No consent for the study
* Age \< 18 years
* Emergency surgery
* Pregnant women
* Jehovah's Witnesses
* Myocardial infarction in the last 4 weeks
* High-risk cardiac factors
* GOLD IV
