* ICU, Neuro critical care unit admission
* Diagnosis of HAP or VAP
* Respiratory culture positive for Gram-negative organism
Exclusion Criteria:
* ICU length of stay \<48 hours prior to HAP/VAP
* Culture or MIC data unavailable
* Pregnant
