* coronary heart disease with recent coronary angiography
Exclusion Criteria:
* End-stage renal disease,
* Patients undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy,
* Patients with inflammatory bowel syndrome
* Patients being treated with glucocorticoid drugs or antibiotics.
