* Postmenopausal status (more than 1 year of last menopausal bleeding)
* Postmenopausal vaginal bleeding
* Asymptomatic postmenopausal endometrial hyperplasia
* Understanding of the german language
* Signature and consent of the patient
Exclusion Criteria:
* Not able to understand and participate in the study
* Premenopausal status
