* Patients with suspected of gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary pancreatic cancer
* Age from 18 - 80 years
* No serious organic and mental illness;
Exclusion Criteria:
* Pregnancy
* No pathologic result
* Suffering other malignancies at the same time.
