Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
* children ≤12 years old presenting with Obstructive Anuria and Acute Renal Failure due to bilateral ureteric stones suitable for ureteroscopy.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Fever, pyonephrosis or sepsis.
* unstable patients are stabilized first by dialysis.
