* Diagnosis of one of the eligible syndromes by neurologist or immunologist
* Unresponsive or partially responsive to conventional therapy
* Informed consent provided
Exclusion Criteria:
* • Active malignancy
* Severe systemic infection
* Contraindications to IV biologics
