* Subjective tinnitus more than 3mo
* age over 19
* Pure tone audiometry \< 60 decibel
* Tinnitus handicap inventory score \> 18
Exclusion Criteria:
* Objective tinnitus
* Otitis, labyrinthitis
* Depression, Anxiety, Insomnia or other psychiatric disorder
* Pregnancy
