* Patients undergoing elective gynecologic-oncology surgery
Exclusion Criteria:
* Unable to communicate Thai
* Unable to understand the questionnaire
* Preexisting neuromuscular disease
* Preexisting disease involved wrist that may affect the nerve stimulator examination
