Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
* Inpatients and outpatients.
* DSM-IV defined major depression.
* Comorbid anxiety, bipolar spectrum, and schizoaffective (depressive type).
* Males and females between the ages of 18 and 70.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Involuntary patients.
* In/out patients with current psychosis.
* In/out patients with neurological impairment.
* In/out patients with current substance dependence.
