Inclusion Criteria:
patients diagnosed to has NAFLD by ultrasonography presented to the outpatient clinic of Sohag University Hospital
Exclusion Criteria:
1. Diabetic patients.
2. Hypertensive patients.
3. Other causes of chronic liver disease rather than NAFLD.
