* Hypertrophic wound or keloid with no treatment for more than 1 month.
* Signed informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Usage of steroids within 30 days.
* Malignant neoplastic conditions.
* Alcoholism.
* Handicap and/or psychiatric condition preventing treatment accomplishment.
