* Newly diagnosed patients with Hodgkin lymphoma
* No prior history of malignancy
* Absence of primary or secondary immunodeficiencies
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients who have previously undergone treatment
* Patients with acute or chronic infections
* Patients with renal disorders
* Individuals with autoimmune diseases
* HIV-positive patients
