Inclusion Criteria:
* malignant or benign neoplasm located in right side of the colon
Exclusion Criteria:
* stage IV disease
* conversion
* inflammatory bowel diseases
* corticosteroid intake
* immunodeficiency
* emergency surgery
* neoadjuvant therapy
* no technical possibility to perform either anastomosis
