Inclusion Criteria:
* Female athletes aged 13-18 years.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Shoulder pain severe enough to interfere with activity in the past 3 months.
* History of shoulder surgery or fractures.
* Recent acute orthopedic injuries to the lower extremities, upper extremities, or lower back.
* History of any neurological or systemic diseases.
* Significant spinal deformities, such as scoliosis.
