* Signed term of informed consent
* central pain
Exclusion Criteria:
* Trauma of Skull, epilepsy don't treated,
* Use of medications decrease the seizure threshold
* Patients in use of drugs, how cocaine and alcohol
* neurosurgical clips, pacemakers, increased intracranial pressure (risk of sequelae after seizure)
