Inclusion Criteria:
* Single level osteoporotic compression fracture of thoracic and lumbar spine
Exclusion Criteria:
* Can't tolerate the postural reduction by pillow
* Pathological spine fracture caused by tumor, infection.
* Multiple spine fractures
* Patient presented with neurological. deficits
