* patients undergoing elective shoulder arthroscopic surgery (rotator cuff repair)
Exclusion Criteria:
* patients with airway anomaly
* patients with anticipated difficult airway
* patients with hemodynamic unstability
* patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease
