* Patient graded as American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) physical status, I or II
* Patient subjected to septorhineoplasty operation
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patient having morbid obesity,
* Patient having yypertension,

* Patient having neuropsychiatric disease,
* Patient allergy to the study drugs.
