* Experienced pain for \> 3 months
* Experiences at least one type of psychological distress such as: depression, anxiety, insomnia or stress
* Willing to provide informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* Severe medical or psychiatric conditions
* Alcohol or substance abuse
* Active suicidality
* Terminal illness
