* Patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue and floor of the mouth.
* Age group: from 15 to 60 years old
* No sex predilection
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients with recurrent squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue and floor of the mouth.
* Irradiated patients or those taking chemotherapy.
