* Symptom severity at least moderate
Exclusion Criteria:
* Systemic hormonal replacement therapy during the last 12 months
* Local hormonal replacement therapy during the last 4 weeks
* Known allergy to ingredients of the study creams
* Pregnancy
* Breast-feeding
