* Currently enrolled as an active student in the Nursing Department,
* A third-year student in the Nursing Department,
* Agreement to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Having hearing or speech impairments,
* Diagnosed with a psychotic disorder,
* Participating in another psychosocial intervention program.
