* Primary DDH
Exclusion Criteria:
* • Paralytic hip DX in cases of (Cerebral palsy,Meningomyelocele,Neuropathy or Myopathy)
* Recurrent cases of DDH
* Past history of ipsilateral distal femoral fractures
