* Age: 18 - 39 years
* IVF / ICSI Attempt with Ejaculated Sperm Sperm (Fresh or Frozen)
* At least 8 oocytes retrieved in total
* Good understanding of the protocol by the patient
* Informed and consentment signed of the couple
