* Thyroid pathology only
* No calcium metabolism problems
* Total / near total thyroidectomy
Exclusion Criteria:
* Renal failure,
* Secondary hyperparathyroidism,
* Primary hyperparathyroidism,
* thyroid lobectomy,
* Thyroid reoperation
