Inclusion Criteria:
* patients aged older than 20 years old
* using antibiotics for more than 48 hours in the emergency department
Exclusion Criteria:
* shift of antibiotic prescription in the ER
* patients with hemorrhage -related diagnoses
* non-temporally consecutive referral from the ER to the ward
