* Patients with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS)
* Conservative treatment failure
Exclusion Criteria:
* Previous CTS surgery on the same side
* Wrist fracture/trauma in history
* Polyneuropathy
* Diabetes mellitus
* Cervical neuropathy
